Accounting

Commercial Banking, Credit Administration, and Treasury Management
 

Our commercial banking team is ready to assist business owners with all their business financial needs. Everything from operating accounts to lines of credit and commercial loans. We service businesses in every major market throughout Wisconsin and the adjacent states. Our team members handle all facets of the commercial banking relationship including credit underwriting, loan processing, booking the loan, and closing. Our treasury management staff assist with automated clearinghouse transactions, fraud and theft protection programs, and merchant card services programs.

 
Compliance & Internal Audit
 

Our compliance staff helps the bank operate within the laws and regulations of the banking industry. Everything they do is to ensure the customer transaction follows all federal and state regulatory requirements. Our internal audit specialists review our business functions, policies, procedures, and controls to protect the bank assets. 

Bank Operations
 

Behind the scenes, we employ many specialists in banking including those in deposit operations who ensure monies flow timely and properly through the banking system. Loan processors provide the legal documentation to secure the customer’s interest. Loan servicing specialists track payments, collateral, loans purchased and sold in the secondary market and create digital records of all documentation.

Our human resources staff not only work with managers to hire the most qualified and best-fit candidates with our core values, but they’re also the “go-to” team for employees regarding their group benefits, compensation, training and development, employee engagement, and the compliance to our policies and employment laws. Information Technology
 

The world’s money moves on the information superhighway. And Peoples hires information technology (IT) employees to keep your money moving the way it’s intended and safe while it is held at Peoples. Our IT staff supports our technology infrastructure of hardware, applications, and systems to help keep us productive and efficient during the workday.

Mortgage Lending
 

Purchasing a home or refinancing for a better rate can be a complicated process but our mortgage lenders help guide the consumer every step of the way. Our mortgage underwriters and loan processors work with the lender to ensure the mortgage is complete, secure, and accurately documented for peace of mind.

Marketing
 

Most people think of advertising when they hear the term marketing. But our marketing staff is responsible for more than ads. Our team works on product brochures, social media posts, communication plans, news releases, website design and content, video production, and sponsorships of community activities to promote our corporate citizenship.

Personal Bankers, Call Center, & Customer Service Representatives
 

Our personal bankers are here to assist the consumer with all their financial needs. They’re front-line staff ready to listen to the customer’s needs and match our products or services to those needs. Our customer service representatives are the most visible of all our staff. They handle the customers’ daily financial transactions and create a trusting and long-lasting relationship. Call center employees handle day-to-day phone calls coming into the bank. They are experts in quickly identifying an issue that a customer might have, and help them directly or get them to the right person for assistance.
