Wausau, Wis. (May 2, 2019) Peoples State Bank announces the addition of Eric Humfeld as senior controller. Humfeld will help manage Peoples’ financial accounting and reporting practices.
Humfeld is a CPA whose previous experience includes serving as a manager at Wipfli LLP. Humfeld spent 14 years at Wipfli, and brings his strong background in financial institutional auditing, accounting, and taxes to Peoples.
“Peoples State Bank is a well-respected business in Wausau,” said Humfeld. “I’m excited about joining the Peoples staff and coming onboard in the new position of senior controller.”

Humfeld holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. He resides in the Wausau area.
