President & CEO
On August 25, 2017, Peoples announced Mr. Cattanach as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of PSB Holdings, Inc. and Peoples State Bank. Mr. Cattanach joined Peoples State Bank as Chief Financial Officer in 2002 after 11 years of serving banks as a CPA with Wipfli LLP. He has more than 26 years of experience working with community banks in central Wisconsin. Mr. Cattanach is responsible for setting strategic direction and for ensuring the growth and profitability of Peoples for the benefit of customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
He currently serves as president of MC United Soccer Club, representing over 350 youth soccer players and teams affiliated with the Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association. He is also a past director and treasurer of the Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin and Christian Life Communications, Inc. (WCLQ Radio 89.5 FM Wausau).
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Oldenberg joined Peoples in December of 2017 as Chief Financial Officer for Peoples State Bank and PSB Holdings, Inc. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in community banking. Mr. Oldenberg’s responsibilities include maintaining a high quality of financial reporting both internally and externally with investors and bank regulators, balance sheet management, support merger and acquisition initiatives, and investor relations. He has been involved for many years with the Boys and Girls Club, and is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Senior Vice President, Commercial Division Leader
Mr. Heier joined Peoples in the fall of 2007. Under the leadership of Mr. Heier, the commercial team has shown significant growth in its customer base, while maintaining sound asset quality. Prior to joining Peoples, Mr. Heier was a regional president of Associated Bank and has held several divisional and sales management roles in regional and national banks. He is currently a board member of The Women’s Community, Inc. and the Wisconsin Woodchucks. Mr. Heier is a Big Brother for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Wisconsin and has volunteered for several organizations.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Ms. Staples joined Peoples in 2006. Her responsibilities include human resource management, strategic planning, organizational development, compensation and benefit administration, and oversight of the bank’s marketing function. In her 35-plus year career, Ms. Staples has implemented many innovative programs to solidify employee development and engagement as well as helped organizations successfully assimilate different cultures upon multiple mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Staples is past board chair of the Northcentral District of Junior Achievement; committee member for JA Event – Champions of Business; JA volunteer classroom instructor; board member of the Northcentral Employers Healthcare Alliance (NEHA); member of United Way of Marathon County’s Personnel Committee, Board Nomination Committee, and Community Impact Team; and active member of Women In Action.
Senior Vice President, Retail Sales & Service
Ms. Jorgensen joined Peoples in 2012 and has more than 20 years of experience leading and coaching successful retail teams. At Peoples, Ms. Jorgensen leads and manages retail banking, private banking, mortgage lending and wealth management. Sharing Peoples' commitment to community involvement, she is a 1st grade classroom instructor for Junior Achievement and serves on the United Way Leadership Council of Women in Action. Ms. Jorgensen is the school director of the Wisconsin Bankers Association's lending school and has served on various WBA advisory boards.
Vice President, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Dively joined Peoples State Bank in June 2018 and has 20 years of experience in information technology and operations. He is responsible for the security of all information managed by Peoples, developing and maintaining a strategic technology plan for the entire organization, and recommending optimal technology solutions to solve problems, secure information and better serve customers. Mr. Dively has expertise in many areas in information systems including infrastructure planning, delivery and support, IT governance and proactive cyber security planning.
Vice President, Risk Management
Robert McPherson joined Peoples in 2019. He oversees Peoples’ risk management processes, compliance with bank regulations and disclosures, external examiners and internal audit. McPherson has more than 12 years experience in mortgage compliance and quality control, providing Peoples and our customers the assurance we’re acting with integrity and complying with laws, rules, regulations and policies that reinforce that behavior. McPherson is active in his community, volunteering for a neighborhood connection program that provides resources to engage neighbors to support and empower one another.
