Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Public File

Peoples State Bank is committed to meeting the financial needs of the communities that we serve, including low- and moderate-income geographies, low- and moderate-income families, and small businesses.

The federal government established the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in 1977 to encourage banks to meet the credit needs of the communities where they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Banks must also make their CRA files available to the general public through their website and update the files to be current as of April 1 of each year.

The following items are required to be included in the public file:

Written Comments – All written comments received from the public for the current year and each of the two prior calendar years that specifically relate to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs and any response to the comments by the bank.
