Meet Scott

Cattanach has served as Peoples State Bank President and CEO since 2018 and also leads the bank’s holding company, PSB Holdings, Inc. (OTCQX: PSBQ). After 11 years of serving various clients at Wipfli LLP, he joined Peoples as Chief Financial Officer in 2002. Cattanach has more than 30 years helping community banks set and execute strategic priorities for growth and success for the benefit of customers, shareholders, and their communities.

Cattanach has a passion for bringing people together with the tools for a stronger financial foundation for their family or business. He currently serves as a director of the Northcentral Technical College Foundation and the Greater Wausau Prosperity Partnership. He is a past director of the Community Foundation of Northcentral Wisconsin, Christian Life Communications, Inc (WCLQ Radio), and MC United Soccer Club.

Meet Katie

Tolokken joined Peoples in the fall of 2023. She is responsible for managing the bank's operational departments, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support daily bank operations. Her teams include Peoples' deposit and loan servicing operations, information technology and systems, project management, and facilities. She joined Peoples with more than 25 years of work in banks and credit unions, including three years as chief operating officer of a $1 billion total assets La Crosse area credit union.

Tolokken is a Ladysmith native, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In her spare time, she and her husband enjoy Wisconsin's outdoors, including hiking, boating, and fishing.

Meet Jessica

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Brown is responsible for all financial aspects of Peoples State Bank. She joined Peoples in the summer of 2022, after spending more than 25 years as a certified public accountant (CPA), nearly all in the banking industry. Prior to joining Peoples, Brown served as a CFO for a $5 billion credit union in Wisconsin, CFO for a community bank in Wisconsin, and leadership positions at several large banks. She held the position of senior audit manager at a Wisconsin-based CPA firm. Brown serves on various non-profit boards of directors and committees, including LEAVEN in Menasha, Wisconsin, which provides financial assistance, resource coordination, and case management for families in financial distress.

Meet Robert

McPherson joined Peoples in 2019. He oversees Peoples’ risk management processes, compliance with bank regulations and disclosures, external examiners and internal audit. McPherson has more than 12 years experience in mortgage compliance and quality control, providing Peoples and our customers the assurance we’re acting with integrity and complying with laws, rules, regulations and policies that reinforce that behavior. He is active in his community, volunteering for a neighborhood connection program that provides resources to engage neighbors to support and empower one another.

Meet Aleksandar

Bjelić joined Peoples in 2026 and oversees the bank's retail, residential mortgage, and wealth management teams. He joins Peoples with more than six years of experience in community banking, including as chief retail officer of a Milwaukee-based bank.

Bjelić earned his degrees in finance and international business, with a minor in political science, from Marquette University. Throughout his career, he’s held progressive leadership roles focused on retail banking performance, customer engagement, and team development.

Meet Tina

Seidl oversees the Peoples human resources team, supporting and growing workforce culture, developing and implementing HR policies, and establishing training opportunities for the Peoples employees. Seidl joined the Peoples team in 2020, bringing more than 15 years of human resources experience in both the healthcare and financial fields. She has earned both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society for Human Resources Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.

Meet Erik

Rajek joined Peoples in January 2022 and, one year later, was appointed to the executive team as senior vice president and chief credit officer. He has spearheaded the bank’s Small Business Administration (SBA) 7a guaranteed commercial loan program, and his credit team is responsible for risk assessment on new and challenging loans.
