Your Guide to Enrolling in Digital Banking, eStatements and More
Managing your finances online has never been easier. Whether you're new to online and mobile banking or just want to make the most of the digital tools available, this guide will walk you through the steps to enroll in key services like Digital Banking, eStatements, Bill Pay, My Credit Manager, and Zelle®.
How to Enroll in Digital Banking
Getting started with digital banking takes just a few minutes. Here’s how:
- Open Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.
- Go to www.bankpeoples.com.
- Click on “Login” in the upper right corner.
- Select “Enroll Now” below the login box.
- Enter your:
- Social Security Number
- Account Number
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Click “Next”.
- Enter the verification code sent to your phone and click “Verify”.
- Accept the End User License Agreement.
- Choose your preferred username and create a secure password (entered twice).
- Click “OK” to finish enrollment.
How to Enroll in eStatements
Once you’re logged in, signing up for paperless statements is simple:
- From your dashboard, click on “Documents”.
- Read and agree to the Electronic Banking Account Statement Disclosure and Agreement. Update your email address if needed.
- Click “OK” to confirm enrollment.
- At the top of the screen, click “Sign Up/Changes”.
- To enroll in all available e-statements, check the box next to “enroll all available accounts and document types shown”.
- Prefer to pick and choose? Just select the individual accounts you want to enroll.
How to Enroll in Bill Pay
Please note: First-time enrollment in Bill Pay must be done through a web browser (not the mobile app).
- Log into your online banking account.
- Click “Bill Pay”, then select “Enroll”.
- Click “Continue” when the welcome message appears.
- To start paying bills, click “New Payee” in the upper right corner.
How to Enroll in My Credit Manager
Monitor your credit directly through online banking:
- Navigate to the “My Credit” tile in your dashboard.
- Click “See More”.
- A pop-up will appear—click “Agree and Continue” to enroll.
How to Enroll in Zelle®
Sending and receiving money with Zelle® is fast and secure. Here’s how to get started:
- Click on the “Send Money with Zelle” tile.
- Choose either “Send” or “Request”.
- In the pop-up box, click “Get Started”.
- Accept the Zelle® Terms and Conditions.
- Choose to register with your email address or phone number (or add a new one).
- Select the account you’d like to use.
- Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone, then click “Verify”.
- You’re all set! You can also add another email or phone number for additional flexibility.
