Tim Sanderson brings nearly 40 years of mortgage industry experience to the Northwoods region, including more than two decades at Peoples State Bank. Based in the Minocqua office, he is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their dream of homeownership.
A graduate of University of Wisconsin–Whitewater, Tim also completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association Mortgage Lending School. His expertise includes conventional mortgage lending, vacation and second-home financing, and new construction lending.
Tim understands the fast-moving nature of today’s housing market, especially in the Northwoods, and encourages buyers to get pre-approved so they can act quickly when the right property becomes available. He takes pride in guiding customers through every step of the lending process with clear communication, responsiveness, and personalized service.
Active in the community, Tim is a member of the Lakeland Rotary Club, Headwaters Builders Association, Northwoods Association of Realtors, and the Northwoods Chapter of Muskies, Inc.
