In the lower right corner of the screen, look for a question mark. Hovering your mouse over it will open two options to click on, either a phone number to use to call, or a conversation bubble to bring you to our email system. Click on the Start a conversation link, and type in your questions or comments. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can during normal business hours.
To enroll in BillPay, you must visit our website using a computer and login using your username and password. Click “pay a bill” on the dashboard. Click Enroll, and then click Continue. 
This is an added security feature that prompts you to authenticate your account information.
On a desktop browser, click on your name in the upper gray menu bar. Then click on the Settings button in the dropdown menu that appears. Under User Management, click on the word Profile. On the Profile page you’ll be able to change your image, address, email, and phone number.
Scroll to the bottom of the Dashboard page. You’ll see a button labeled “Organize dashboard.” Clicking on it opens a menu which allows you to drag and drop to reorder any of the cards on the Dashboard. Grab the menu cards using the six dots to the left of the name. You can also delete cards from this screen. To add cards back, or to add new cards, click on the “+ Add a card” button. You’ll be shown an available list of cards you can add to the Dashboard. Clicking on a new card will move it to the Dashboard menu, where you can move it to the spot you’d like. When you’re finished, click “Done” on the Organize dashboard menu to get back to the Dashboard.

There are several ways to add an external account. 

  • On the top gray menu bar, choose Move money, and then Transfers. Click +External account on the Transfers card. 
  • OR on the top gray menu bar, choose Move money, and then Transfers. Click Make a transfer. Under Make external transfers with another financial institution, choose Add account. 
  • OR click Make a transfer from the Move money card on the dashboard. Under Make external transfers with another financial institution, choose Add account. 
  • OR click Make a transfer from the Transfers card on the dashboard. Under Make external transfers with another financial institution, choose Add account. 
  • OR click your name, and then choose Settings from the dropdown menu. Choose + Add account from the left column menu. Choose Setup external transfer account from the pop-up window that opens. 

You’ll be asked to verify your Peoples account password as a security measure. You’ll need to know the routing number of the external financial institution, along with your account number. 

There are several ways to turn off or on your Peoples debit card.

  • From the Dashboard, click on the account your debit card is associated with from the Accounts card. 
  • OR on the top gray menu bar, click Accounts, and choose the account your debit card is associated with.
  • OR on the top gray menu bar, click your name, and then choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Click on Peoples State Bank under the Accounts section on the left-hand menu.

Click on the debit card you want to turn off or on from the Cards block on the right-hand side. You can turn the card off or on, report the card as lost or stolen, or reorder cards from this menu. If you’ve received a new card, you can activate it from this menu, too.

There are several ways to access the Alerts menu for your accounts.

  • From the Dashboard, click on the account you want to set up the alert for from the Accounts card. Click on the Manage alerts link on the right-hand column menu. 
  • OR on the gray menu bar, click on Accounts, and then the account you want to set up the alert for. Click on the Manage alerts link on the right-hand column menu.
  • OR on the top gray menu bar, click your name, and then choose Settings from the drop-down menu. Click on Peoples State Bank under the Accounts section on the left-hand menu. Click on Edit> to Manage alerts for the account you want to set up alerts for.

You can choose to set up either a balance or transaction alert. A balance alert will notify you when your account drops below the level you choose. A transaction alert will notify you when either a credit to your account or debit from your account is over an amount you choose. You can choose to have the alert sent to you by text, email, or through the Peoples State Bank digital banking platform message system. 

On the desktop version's gray menu bar at the top, click on your name in the right corner. Choose the Sign out option, and you’ll be signed out and taken back to the Peoples State Bank home page.
With the Bank Peoples app, simply close the program and you’ll be automatically logged out of the system. It’s safe and secure. If you reopen the Bank Peoples app, you’ll be prompted to log in again.
A mobile wallet is an app that resides on your phone, tablet, or smartwatch and stores debit or credit card information for making purchases online or in a store that can accept contactless payments. Yes, you can add your Peoples account to your mobile wallet.
On the app, click on the three-line menu in the upper left-hand portion of the gray menu bar. The menu will slide out, revealing options including Settings at the bottom. Clicking on Settings opens the Settings menu, which includes your name at the top. Click on your name, and you’ll get to your Profile page, where you’ll be able to change your image, email, and phone number. You’ll need to use the desktop version to change your address.

Yes. You can deposit checks into qualified accounts using the deposit check feature found in the Bank Peoples app. From the app dashboard, click on the deposit button to get started. If this is your first time, you’ll be prompted to enroll. Check the accounts you want to enroll for mobile deposit. Please note it will take one business day for approval. 

Before you get started with a deposit, endorse the back of the check by writing “For Mobile Deposit Only, Peoples State Bank.” Also endorse the check with your signature.

On the deposit check screen, input the amount of the check you’re depositing and click continue. Select the account that you want to deposit the check into. Take a photo of the front of the check. Once it’s lined up, tap the screen to capture the image and click continue. Take a photo of the back of the check. Remember to endorse the check by writing “For Mobile Deposit Only, Peoples State Bank” on the back of the check and click continue.

If either of your images aren’t approved, you’ll be prompted to try again. If your images are approved, click Submit to send the deposit to the bank. You’ll see the deposit in your account shortly after it clears. You’ll also receive an email from Peoples alerting you the money is available.
