Mobile Banking

Many Wisconsin families have busy lifestyles. You don't need to slow down to manage your finances. Mobile Banking is the free*, fast and secure way to stay in touch with your accounts from work, the gym, your favorite cafe or anywhere else in the state and beyond. To get started, after you have enrolled in Online Banking, just download the Peoples State Bank app from Apple's App Store or Google Play to your smartphone or mobile device.

  1. Log in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click on the Mobile Settings tab in Online Banking.
  3. Fill out the enrollment forms and hit Submit.

Deposit Anywhere

Did you get paid with a check? You can quickly deposit it into your account using your smartphone or mobile device. Just enroll in Peoples Mobile Banking, download our app, and visit a branch or call 888.929.9902 to have a Peoples representative enable Deposit Anywhere for you.

  • Go to your Mobile Banking account
  • Click on "Deposits" and then click on the "+" in the upper right-hand corner
  • Take a picture of the front and back of the check
  • Enter the check amount and select your deposit account
  • Tap "Submit" to upload your check information to the bank

Endorsing Mobile Deposits

  • You will be required to put the special endorsement: “For Mobile Deposit Only Peoples State Bank” in addition to signing your name on the “Endorse Here” on the back of any check you deposit. 
  • Without the special endorsement, your deposit could be delayed or declined. 
  • Putting the special endorsement on your check will ensure your deposit goes through as quickly as possible. 

Text Banking

Text Message Banking allows you to send text-based commands to Peoples' designated short code "89549" using your enrolled mobile device. It's the easiest way to get quick updates on your accounts.

  • BAL or BAL "Account Name": Returns balances for all your eligible accounts. Because text messages are limited to 160 characters, the response may be delivered in multiple texts.
  • HIST or HIST "Account Name": Returns the last several transactions for the account you specify by nickname.
  • HELP: Returns basic information regarding how to get more information about Text Message Banking.
  • STOP: Immediately halts all text messages from Peoples. To start receiving messages again, you must unenroll and then enroll again through Online Banking.

To Enroll in Text Banking

  1. Log in to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click on the Mobile Settings tab, and then the Text Mobile Settings subtab.
  3. Fill out the enrollment form and hit Submit.
  4. A text message will then be sent to the number you provided. Reply "Yes" to confirm enrollment and begin using Text Banking.

** Peoples State Bank Deposit Anywhere is available for iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ Apps only. Please see your banker to determine eligibility for this service. Deposits are not immediately available for withdrawal and will be available as set forth in Peoples State Bank's Online Agreement. You can access the agreement by logging into Online Banking and clicking on Policies in the upper right-hand corner.
